Remote coaching is designed to give you the guidance, structure, and accountability of an in-person coach, but with the flexibility to train wherever you are. We’ll start with a detailed assessment of your current fitness, running history, and goals. From there, I create a personalized training plan tailored to you.

Can I switch goals or change my focus mid-program?

Absolutely! Life happens, and your goals can evolve. If you want to shift from building endurance to improving speed, or from running a 10K to a half marathon, I’ll adjust your plan accordingly. The key is flexibility—your program is designed around you, not a fixed template.

Do I need any prior training experience to start?

Not at all. Beginners are welcome! I’ll guide you through every movement, explain key concepts, and build a program that meets you where you are and grows with you.
