Frequently Asked Questions


How does remote coaching work?

For all pre made plans (Giant, Phelps, Haystck, Cameron, and Wheeler) you will have access immediately upon purchase to your training program. Communication through email is encouraged throughout your training journey.

For custom training plans (Whitney, Borah, Allen, El Diente, and Kings) you will receive an initial 60 minute call via zoom to discuss personal goals, training or injury history, and schedule. From there, your custom plan will be created and you will receive weekly follow up calls via zoom to track progress and to make adjustments when/if needed.

Can I switch goals or change my focus mid-program?

Absolutely! All training plans are fully customized to your goals, schedule, and training history—and can be adjusted anytime. Whether your priorities shift, you're managing an injury, or life just gets busy, your program will evolve with you to stay effective and sustainable.

Do I need any prior training experience to start?

Not at all. Beginners are welcome! I’ll guide you through every movement, explain key concepts, and build a program that meets you where you are and grows with you.

What makes these training programs different?

All training plans are designed by a doctor of physical therapy and strength and conditioning coach. Each program is built with a balanced, sustainable approach, designed not just to improve your current fitness level, but to help you develop a lasting relationship with movement.
