BACKGROUND

My passion for sports and the outdoors began long before I can remember, thanks to my parents. As a family, we shared a goal of standing on the highest point in every state. By age 25, I had summited 45 state high points, completed all 46 Adirondack High Peaks, and climbed 12 of Colorado's 14ers.

Growing up, I was immersed in an active lifestyle that included running, skiing, soccer, basketball, golf, hiking, and countless other outdoor adventures. These experiences taught me the value of perseverance, resilience, and listening to my body. I learned early how to embrace challenges, push through discomfort, and appreciate the process as much as the outcome.

Today, those lessons continue to shape both my personal life and my approach as a physical therapist and coach. Whether you're training for a race, recovering from an injury, improving your golf game, or simply looking to stay active, I understand the physical and mental demands of an active lifestyle and enjoy helping others reach their goals.
