As a runner, physical therapist, and strength and conditioning coach, my goal is to support anyone who is interested in improving their performance, return to running from an injury, or even get started running for the first time in a way that is sustainable and tailored around your goals.

I believe people benefit most from individualized guidance rather than being directed to generic online running plans. This philosophy took shape when I trained for my first marathon in 2021 with little direction, leading me to deeply research training methods, learn from experienced runners and coaches, and draw on my professional education to build an approach that fit my schedule, supported other activities I enjoy, and gave me confidence to take on a once-intimidating distance. Since then, I’ve applied this individualized, collaborative coaching style to help clients start running, progress to new distances, and integrate running into busy lives in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive.
